These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Cowiqyu platform, available at cowiqyu.pro, including all related services, features, and content. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Platform refers to the Cowiqyu website, applications, and all associated services provided by Cowiqyu.
• User refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or not.
• Account refers to the registered profile created by a User to access protected features of the Platform.
• Content refers to any text, video, audio, materials, or data made available through the Platform.
• Seminar refers to any live or recorded educational session hosted or facilitated through the Platform.

To use the Platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 16 years of age.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law.
• If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Certain features of the Platform require registration. When creating an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Use a valid email address that you own and regularly monitor.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Not share your Account with any third party.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

Cowiqyu is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes, unless a separate written agreement permits otherwise. You agree to use the Platform in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Content without prior written authorization.
• Recording, capturing, or retransmitting any Seminar or live session without explicit permission.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or extract data from the Platform.
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or Platform staff.
• Circumventing any access controls, security measures, or authentication systems.
• Using the Platform to promote or facilitate unlawful activities.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting access to the Platform without authorization.

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to seminar materials, videos, course structures, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of Cowiqyu or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Content solely for your personal educational purposes during the term of your subscription or access period.

If you submit, post, or share any content through the Platform, including comments, questions, or discussion contributions, you grant Cowiqyu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Platform may be used by Cowiqyu without any obligation to compensate you or keep such feedback confidential.

Access to certain features or Seminars may require payment of fees. All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to purchase. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan or session.

By providing payment information, you authorize Cowiqyu or its payment processors to charge the applicable fees. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date.

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within the timeframe specified in the Refund Policy.

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your Account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period unless otherwise required.

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services. These are provided for convenience only. Cowiqyu does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Cowiqyu does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• Any Content is accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for your specific purposes.
• Results obtained from using the Platform will meet your expectations.

Educational content provided through the Platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cowiqyu and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity, even if Cowiqyu has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Cowiqyu's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you to Cowiqyu in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cowiqyu and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Platform.

Cowiqyu reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that Cowiqyu determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform, other Users, or Cowiqyu.

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting [email protected] or using the account deletion option in your settings. Termination does not entitle you to any refund except as provided under the Refund Policy.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification obligations.

Cowiqyu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered Users by email. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a fair and balanced manner. In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, we encourage you to first contact us directly at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. Cowiqyu is committed to addressing concerns in good faith and in a timely manner.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cowiqyu regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
